MooVC is a modular object-oriented PHP framework based in the Model-View-Controller design pattern. The purpose of the MooVC framework is to provide a structured method of generating well-formed XML/XHTML that can be easily manipulated in code.
MooVC is targeted at PHP developers who need a reliable method of producing well-formed XML based web content. The end goal of the MooVC project is to produce an easy to use Content Management System (CMS) with a wide variety of tools & features to help website developers to produce powerful websites with a wide variety of content types that conform to the W3 specifications.
