MooVC Alpha 2 Released!

It has been a long time coming but finally the latest Alpha for MooVC has been released. This release contains a lot of changes since the previous alpha, including the use of namespaces, exception handling and class autoloading along with many other enhancements and bug fixes. To use MooVC v0.2.0.0 you must install PHP v5.3.
